The prices are published through our website and available through our online application; choose your interested course, then click on the "REGISTER NOW" button for available learning methods, dates and prices.
The minimum number of delegates in one course held by one tutor is 4, the maximum number is 12. For a delegate number of 13 – 20 two tutors will hold the course (one Lead Tutor and one Support Tutor), so that it is ensured that during the exercises and role plays you get sufficient support.
Please note that the maximum number of delegates in courses provided in VILT format is 10.
You can register directly through CQI & IRCA website (www.quality.org); or you can choose the option for Quality Academy to assist you in this regard (extra fee may apply) through your online course registration form.
The examination can be provided currently in English or Arabic only.
- For Classroom courses; the examination is scheduled at the end of the course last day, in paper-based format.
- For Online/Virtual Courses; examination shoul dbe sit within a week from the course end date; in an online or a paper-based format. The invigilation process follows the strict IRCA requirements and some software needs to be installed locally on your computer. Additionally we are requested by IRCA to record the examination.
For learners who need more time, alternatively, all learners have the opportunity to write the exam in one of our training centre worldwide within 180 days of the course start (extra fee may apply).
Each delegate who has completed a full course and passed the continuous assessment but failed the examination is allowed to write one resit examination (extra fee may apply).
The Certificate will be issued by QUALITY ACADEMY.
We have two types of certificates, issued to all delegates who have participated in a CQI and IRCA certified Training Course:
- A Certificate of Achievement will be issued to all delegates who have participated in a course for the full duration and passed successfully the assessments during the course as well as final examination.
- A Certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates who have completed a course, but not passed the final exam.
The Certificate will be issued by QUALITY ACADEMY.
After your examination, you should expect to received your result and soft-copy of your certificate through your registered email address; within 10 working days.
Then, your certificate should be shipped directly by courier, through your registered address.

Your certificate is valid for 5 years after the last day of the course for auditor registration purpose.
