Which training level should I choose?
Choose Foundation if you are new to the standard, Internal Auditor if you need to assess your laboratory’s processes, Lead Implementer if you will build or improve the system, or Lead Auditor if you intend to lead audits.
What is the difference between Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor?
Lead Implementer focuses on establishing and improving laboratory processes against the standard. Lead Auditor focuses on planning, conducting and leading audits of those processes.
Is ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation the same as completing training?
No. Training develops an individual’s knowledge and skills. Laboratory accreditation is a separate assessment by an accreditation body against the applicable ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
