The Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Internal Auditor Course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct internal audits of Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) management systems — either separately or in an integrated approach. Through this practical and interactive training, learners will understand how to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 guidelines.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Upon successful completion of the training and final assessment, participants will receive a Certificate Achievement of Internal Auditor in Integrated Management Systems (QMS, EMS & OHSMS) issued by Quality Academy®. This certificate demonstrates competence in conducting internal audits across ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks.
Assessment is conducted through:
- Participation & Activities: Practical group work, discussions, and role-playing.
- Case Studies: Evaluation of simulated audit scenarios.
- Final Examination: A multiple-choice test assessing comprehension of audit principles and standards.
A score of 50% overall with a minimum of 40% in each section is required to pass.

Course Pre-Requisite
It does not require participants to have prior auditing experience or to complete a foundation-level ISO course. However, familiarity with management system principles will be an advantage.
