Quality Academy® is now inviting applications from institutes, consultants, and individual trainers;
to join us as an Affiliate Partner or an Training Partner.
Quality Academy® is a CQI & IRCA Approved Training Partner No. 601029; with over 15 years of experience in delivering high quality education & training. Quality Academy® has the knowledge and resources necessary to support any business in the development and delivery of quality, health, safety and environmental training services.
We are seeking to expand our network of partners to improve the accessibility of our courses and services throughout the world. We are looking to work with established training or QHSE service providers who want to bring UK and international accredited qualifications to their customers.
OPTION 01 - AFFILIATE PARTNER
Promote our courses and earn commissions — no delivery required. As an Affiliate Partner, you help promote our live virtual and scheduled in-person courses. You refer learners, and we manage the entire training journey.
We handle:
- Learner registration & communication
- Course delivery via our IRCA-approved tutors
- Certificates of achievement issued by Quality Academy®
- Full technical and administrative support

OPTION 02 - TRAINING PARTNER
Deliver our certified training using your team & venue under our supervision.
As a Delivery Partner, you are authorized to deliver Quality Academy®’s IRCA-certified courses using your trainers, venue, or online setup, under our strict quality assurance protocols.
You handle:
- Local promotion & learner engagement
- Venue setup or virtual platform
- Approved trainers (or request trainer support)
- Basic admin coordination
Resources & Support Provided by Quality Academy®:
- Approved and mentored trainers (or use your own upon approval)
- Trainer approval, training, and technical mentorship
- Full accreditedcourse materials and presentation decks
- Learner workbooks and examination setup
- Technical support for delivery, marketing, and quality assurance
- Ongoing compliance review and support
- Access to promotional resources and joint marketing
- Course certification and learner management
Requirements:
- Trainers must be approved by Quality Academy®
- Delivery must comply with CQI & IRCA guidelines
- Must not represent or deliver IRCA courses with other ATPs
Partnership Fees & Revenue Model
- One-time onboarding fee (license), plus per-learner fee. Trainer fees apply if using our tutors
