Terms & Conditions

Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Quality Academy, including but not limited to:
- Training services (e.g., public and corporate training, virtual and in-person delivery, certification preparation)
- Management System (MS) Certification services (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certification audits)
By using our services, clients agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Training Services
- Course registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a signed booking form (if applicable).
- Payments must be made before the course start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Certification Services
- Certification audits commence only after acceptance of the proposal and receipt of full or partial payment as per agreed terms.
- Invoices must be settled within the timeline specified in the proposal or contract.
2. Cancellations and Transfers
2.1 Training Services
- Cancellations received at least 14 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund or transfer.
- No refund is issued for cancellations made less than 14 working days prior.
- Learners may transfer to another course session subject to availability
- Exception for Bundles: If you enrolled in a course bundle and have already attended or accessed any session or course within the bundle, the cancellation policy does not apply, and no refund will be issued—regardless of the date of cancellation. This policy ensures fair treatment and prevents partial consumption of bundled content.
2.2 Certification Services
- Certification audit cancellations must be made at least 15 working days before the scheduled start. Late cancellations may incur fees.
- Postponements are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
3. Learner and Client Conduct
- All learners and clients must act respectfully and professionally during training or audits.
- Quality Academy reserves the right to remove any learner or client representative for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
4. Confidentiality
- All personal and business information shared with Quality Academy is treated with strict confidentiality.
- For MS Certification, audit findings and records are kept secure and disclosed only in accordance with accreditation rules.
5. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property
- Course materials are for individual use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
- Audit reports and related documentation remain the property of Quality Academy and may not be reproduced or shared without consent.
6. Certification Validity and Maintenance
- Certification under MS schemes is valid only if clients comply with all surveillance, renewal, and nonconformity closure requirements.
- Certification may be suspended or withdrawn in cases of breach of contract, failure to maintain systems, or unresolved nonconformities.
7. Appeals and Complaints
- Clients and learners may submit formal complaints or appeals regarding training, exams, audit findings, or certification decisions.
- All cases will be handled according to Quality Academy's documented procedures.
8. Liability
- Quality Academy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss resulting from the use of its services.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Data Protection
- Quality Academy complies with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal data may be shared with regulatory or certification bodies only when required for certification, accreditation, or legal compliance
10. Refunds & Deductions
Refund Method:
- All eligible refunds will be processed as a credit balance to the learner’s QA Wallet, which can be used toward any future course or service provided by Quality Academy.
- The QA Wallet balance is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and is non-transferable.
Exceptions: Refunds to the original payment method may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as:
- Cancellation initiated by Quality Academy.
- Registration errors or miscommunication caused by Quality Academy.
Please note: Any applicable payment gateway or banking fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. These are charged by third-party providers and are not retained by Quality Academy.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
