We aim to consistently meet or exceed client expectations in all aspects of our services.

To achieve this, Quality Academy shall:

  • Understand and respond to client requirements effectively.
  • Ensure that all processes and services are delivered in line with applicable standards and best practices.
  • Provide well-trained and competent staff and auditors with clearly defined responsibilities.
  • Maintain controlled and documented systems to ensure traceability and reliability of service.

It is reviewed annually or whenever significant changes occur, to ensure continued suitability and effectiveness.
