The assessment process is designed to ensure that participants are thoroughly evaluated on their understanding and application of the course material:
- Continuous Assessment: Participants will engage in group activities, role-playing, and case studies throughout the course to assess their practical skills in food safety management auditing.
- Final Examination: At the end of the course, participants will undertake a 105-minute online proctored multiple-choice examination, consisting of 40 questions. The exam is open book, allowing participants to refer to their notes from the training course. However, they are not permitted to use the internet to search for answers. Participants will need access to a copy of the FSSC 22000 standard to answer some of the questions.

Course Pre-Requisite
