I struggled to find a suitable training provider before registering for the QMS, OHSMS, and EMS Lead Auditor Training Courses. This course exceeded my expectations on a couple levels -firstly, the volume of work that applicants are required to cover in 40 hours is quite ambitious, despite this arduous task it felt great to be challenged, it was more than I anticipated but willingly took on the task. Secondly, I was very impressed with the ease at which our lead instructor, Dr Tabethi, delivered the course content. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly experienced - we benefitted immensely from his mastery of the subject content, his command of English was notably excellent, more so since it is not his native tongue, this made our online interaction quite easy - the management of time during the course was also well coordinated, classes always began on time, the requisite breaks were also well handled. All in all I felt confident of my understanding of all subject areas. In short, I would definitely recommend Quality Academy for having very qualified and experienced staff leading these courses, as i am sure they must enjoy high pass rate percentages- a testament of their excellence.

The ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor course was an extremely valuable and educational experience. The training was excellently structured and offered a successful mix of theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The understandable and practical presentation of the content was particularly appreciated. The trainer Dr. Tabeti impressed with his professional expertise and was able to answer all questions precisely and comprehensibly.

Through interactive exercises and practical examples, it was possible to directly apply the knowledge learned and to develop a deep understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001.

I took a course with them and it was written for 5 days. Unfortunately, it became 10 days with 4 hours each day, and this is a very large number of days. It was possible to shorten the course due to time constraints, in addition to the fact that the course is in Arabic. I expected that the explanation would be Arabic and the content would be translated, but the content came out in Arabic and the subject matter was difficult despite this. Its simplicity because it contains difficult terms and different translations

The training took place in a hotel in Casablanca. The training content was very informative, led by trainer Abdelaziz Derkaoui, who demonstrated great professionalism, a high level of expertise and enriching experience. We learned a lot during the 5 days of training, which was mainly focused on practice, with concrete cases and scenarios which were of great help to us. The manual that was given to us was very simple, and interesting, I still keep it today for any use.

If I was able to obtain this certificate, it is thanks to this firm as well as the valuable advice and guidance of the trainer.
